Mollie is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a passion for treating OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and life transitions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Ohio University and her Master of Social Work from Columbia University, where she specialized in Advanced Clinical Practice with a focus on health, mental health, and disabilities.
Mollie has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient therapy, hospital-based psychiatric services, crisis intervention, and higher levels of care. She has supported clients through both individual and group therapy.
Mollie uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, play therapy, and trauma-informed care. She believes in tailoring treatment to each client’s unique goals and values and is known for her warm and empathetic approach. Mollie believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
