Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
(#143234)
Lacey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with OCD and anxiety-related disorders across outpatient, residential, inpatient, and school-based settings. She specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a warm, calm, and judgment-free environment.
Lacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Penn State University, a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Capella University, and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University.
Lacey has a special interest in treating taboo and intrusive-thought presentations of OCD, including Harm OCD and POCD, and helping clients navigate the fear, shame, and uncertainty these symptoms can create. She also has a strong passion for working with women during the perinatal and postpartum periods, with a focus on OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts. She is currently working toward completing her Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).
Having lived with OCD herself, Lacey brings personal insight and deep empathy to her work. She is passionate about helping clients face their fears, reduce the power OCD has over their lives, and build a life guided by their values rather than fear.
