Michele is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for treating OCD and anxiety disorders. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and a master of science degree in marriage and family therapy from CSUN. She has years of experience working with OCD through an ERP and ACT lens in both a clinic and private practice setting. She has experience working with adults, teens, families, and children. She recognizes that OCD can impact people of all ages and backgrounds and is passionate about treating OCD in everyone.
Michele comes from a creative background and particularly enjoys working with artists, musicians, and creatives who are struggling with perfectionism and OCD. She also loves integrating creativity into how she approaches exposures and treatment. Michele has an honest and humorous, yet empathetic approach to therapy. She loves to laugh in session and create a warm, friendly environment for all her clients. She helps clients identify how their OCD is preventing them from living a life that aligns with their values. She then walks alongside clients every step of the way as they move toward the life they truly want to live.
