Alex is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on treating OCD and anxiety disorders. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Southern California and her master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Alex has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship stress. During her training at Cancer Support Community, she provided both individual and group therapy to those impacted by cancer.

With a strong passion for treating OCD and anxiety disorders, Alex has a special interest in Relationship OCD (ROCD). She integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based CBT to support each client’s unique healing journey.

Known for her warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the therapeutic relationship, Alex creates a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they move toward meaningful and lasting change.
